Tất cả người dùng đều phải tuân thủ Creative Partnership Agreement và/hoặc Điều khoản sử dụng, nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng và quy trình phân phối được thực hiện chính xác, cũng như nghĩa vụ thuế nếu có.
Theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam hiện hành, thu nhập từ bản quyền âm nhạc được xem là thu nhập chịu thuế. Ví dụ, đối với cá nhân, nếu thu nhập của bạn vượt ngưỡng chịu thuế, bạn sẽ cần kê khai và nộp thuế thu nhập cá nhân (TNCN).
ZENOR thường không khấu trừ thuế thay người dùng, trừ khi được yêu cầu bởi các cơ quan tài chính có thẩm quyền. Do đó, người dùng cần tự chịu trách nhiệm kê khai và nộp thuế với cơ quan thuế tại nơi cư trú.
Bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu rút khoản thu nhập bất cứ lúc nào khi đạt mức thanh toán tối thiểu qua website hoặc gửi email cho chúng tôi. Ngoài ra, ZENOR có chương trình hỗ trợ hoàn phí chuyển đổi ngoại tệ cho người dùng đủ điều kiện.

Các nền tảng này cung cấp số liệu phát hành, lượt nghe, quốc gia, phân tích người nghe và doanh thu độc lập. Việc đối chiếu sẽ giúp bạn xác minh tính minh bạch và theo dõi hiệu quả phát hành.

ZENOR Music là dịch vụ phân phối, phát hành âm nhạc phi lợi nhuận, hoàn toàn miễn phí dành cho mọi đối tượng khách hàng tại Việt Nam. Dịch vụ cho phép bạn phát hành nhạc lên hơn 180 nền tảng và đối tác bao gồm Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pandora cùng nhiều đối tác khác, đồng thời giúp bạn kiếm doanh thu từ bản quyền.
Có. Gói Basic của ZENOR hoàn toàn miễn phí trọn đời, không cần điền số thẻ tín dụng, và không giới hạn thời gian sử dụng và không ràng buộc, khác với các nền tảng cạnh tranh chỉ miễn phí có điều kiện (theo năm hoặc bị giới hạn).
ZENOR Music được vận hành bởi ZENOR Benevolent, một doanh nghiệp xã hội tại Việt Nam. Hầu hết các dịch vụ của ZENOR được cung cấp hoàn toàn miễn phí nhằm xóa bỏ rào cản chi phí cho mọi người dùng.
Chúng tôi duy trì hoạt động thông qua: Hoa hồng bản quyền ở mức cạnh tranh (chỉ từ 10–30%); Các gói dịch vụ trả phí mở rộng, dành cho người dùng nâng cao; Uỷ quyền hoặc mua lại NDST.
Điều này cho phép ZENOR vừa đảm bảo tính bền vững tài chính, vừa duy trì cam kết hỗ trợ người dùng trong dài hạn mà không đánh đổi chất lượng hoặc quyền lợi.
Nếu đây là lần đầu bạn gửi tác phẩm, ZENOR sẽ gửi email xác nhận thông tin đăng ký và hướng dẫn thực hiện eKYC (xác minh danh tính điện tử) trong vòng 02 ngày làm việc. Bạn có thể tiếp tục điền thông tin để gửi tác phẩm phát hành. Tác phẩm của bạn sẽ được phát hành ngay sau khi hoàn tất eKYC.
Ở các lần tiếp theo gửi tác phẩm, nếu bạn đã xác thực trước đó hoặc là người dùng truyền thống, chỉ cần nhập đúng email đã đăng ký, bạn có thể gửi thêm tác phẩm mới mà không cần xác minh lại.
Bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu phát hành tác phẩm bằng cách điền biểu mẫu tại liên kết chính thức:
